Scarlet has witnessed individuals texting at the movies, in the car (while driving) and even blatantly while someone is having a face to face conversation with someone else. Now, I would never go so far as to say that texting isn’t convenient and useful, but just like there is a time and place for everything else, texting has its appropriate time and place too…
